Les moulins de mon cœur) is a song with music by Michel Legrand as well as Alan Bergman and Marilyn Bergman and lyrics by the Bergmans, from the 1968 film The Thomas Crown Affair. Noel Harrison,son of Rex Harrison sang the song in the movie and won the Academy Award for Best Original Song in 1969. (info from Wikipedia of course and if you want to read more you can do so

My sea glass friend Ian from England introduced me to this song. I had never heard of it,amazing!It is a wonderful song and the Greek
Nana Mouskouri is singing it perfectly in this version. Of course there are lots of other versions.You can find the lyrics

In between getting some rest today from yesterday's long day and dealing with housechores and e-mail and Internet chores I hang those fused glass hearts my sea glass friend Deed Patton had sent me last year from our new lamps.The sun shone through them beautifully today.

I know this song. The singer, Nana Mouskouri, sings it so beautifully. How nice that Ian shared the song with you as it speaks of the carousel being a part of the "windows of our mind".
