When I was 21 I visited England for the first time with my University colleagues. I bought an anthology of Shakespeare's plays from a bookshop in his birthplace Stratford-upon-Avon which is my favourite book ever!I love the way it has the master's plays in it and the beautiful pictures and when I am working on one of his plays I always read it from this book!
Some blog readers and friends commented that I receive lots of parcels and presents.Well I have to say that I also send many!!!But I don't usually show those!
So this week I received two fridge magnets from a friend who went to Egypt for Easter.
Also two of my recent orders arrived.
This original watercolour painting by Svetlana Rasuleva aka palmeras who also makes fantastic sea glass jewlery. It's called Before the storm!(Exactly what I am afraid of!LOL!)
The other order was from otchipotchi,Paula Valentim's shop.I got two more doily stones as they are going to be discontinued and I really like them and two pebble vases.
Paula makes great little parcels with recycled paper.
And of course some more additions to my balcony flowers in pots.

Wonderful! I recently watched the film of 'The Merchant of Venice'. I have not experienced this play since 1960! http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0379889/
Ariadne, I LOVE Shakespeare - he is one of my faves. :) The Taming of the Shrew is also one of my faves, as well as Much Ado About Nothing, Othello, and oh, I could go on and on!! :)
OMG,Ariadne, you just bolted my memory and brought me back to school with Shakespeare and The Taming of the Shrew. The school I attended in Seychelles was a private catholic one and each end of school year we had pageant's and plays, and I recall the older ones performing that play!
On my FB page, you can see me in one of those plays, Autumn Leaves!
No,sorry, the photo is of another one of the plays I took part in, The Dragon of Tangly Mountain!
Beautiful water color picture. Also the sea glass in the picture is great .I have never found or seen a multi color sea glass piece like those just beautiful.
Very unique pebble vases........
The watercolor depicts a storm as beauty in nature......
@Lisa The sea glass is from England and was sent from a sea glass friend a couple of years ago.
