There were lots of things but too expensive for my pocket or taste.
Here are photos.
Of course we walked at the new sea front.
The market itself was interesting.
I adored this embroidery piece and I suspect it is by the same person who made the piece I have at home. This was huge and supposedly shows Penelope waiting for Ulysses. I adored it. But it was 15 times more expensive than the one I had bought. So it stayed with the seller.
I also loved this glass piece which wasn't complete as it looked like the basis of a lamp. But I loved the mermaid on it.
I also loved this dish!
And I can't stop spotting Dutch souvenirs.
I was happy to see one more square blue bowl like mine. But it was much more expensive from the one I had bought two years ago.
On that day we also visited the MIET (National Bank of Greece Cultural Foundation) bazaar.
These are the things we came out with from the bazaar. A vintage page of a cross stitch pattern of a boat. And some Greek Shadow Puppet theatre lamps.(They are made out of plastic paper)
Also the blue ship dish from the antique market came with us.
